The Challenge
A 120-person co-working space that needed to feel premium without feeling corporate — the client wanted the energy of a members club with the functionality of a professional workspace.
The Approach
We divided the floor plate into distinct zones — focused work, collaborative lounges, and a social cafe — each with its own material palette but unified by a warm walnut-and-terracotta language.
The Outcome
Occupancy hit 94% within three months of opening. Members genuinely do not want to leave.
